“Huggy”February 1989 – March 2002
Ch Hobkirk Hugs and Kisses (“Huggy”) was the foundation bitch of Briarmoor Kennel. Out of six puppies she produced in 2 litters, there were 5 champions, 2 multiple group placers, 2 obedience title holders, and one Agility Excellent. Huggy placed 2nd (to her son, Boomer) in the Best Gaited property class at the 1999 National Specialty at the age of 10 ½ years as well as winning the 10 and Over Veteran Bitch Sweepstakes class. She was a demo dog for the Obedience Club of Chattanooga. We are forever grateful to Jamie Hansen of Hobkirk for giving us our start with Huggy.
